Ninigret Depot

In 2012, The Ninigret Group purchased over 2 million square feet of World War II vintage industrial buildings, 800 acres of partially rail-served land, and a self-storage business crafted out of older tank storage facilities. Due to its strategic location 30 minutes from the Salt Lake City airport and extensive rail system throughout the property, Ninigret Depot provides exceptional transportation access for its users.

About 60 tenants currently operate at the Ninigret Depot including Detroit Diesel, Utah Transit Authority, Walmart, Utah Fabrication and the Tooele City school district. In 2014, Cabela’s purchased land to build a 600,000 square foot, state-of-the-art, distribution facility creating approximately 250 jobs. In 2015, Airgas, Inc. one of the nation’s leading suppliers of industrial medical and specialty gases, opened a 20,000 square foot facility. More recently, LKQ Corporation, a Fortune 500 company and leading provider of alternative and specialty parts for automobiles and other vehicles, selected Ninigret Depot to locate a new processing facility and storage yard.

Ninigret Depot is recognized as a preferred site by the Economic Development Corporation of Utah and the Salt Lake commercial brokerage community because of the accessibility to Salt Lake, rail-served land and availability of large tracks of industrial land with utilities already in-place at a cost significantly less than that of Salt Lake City center.
