Our Construction History

The construction arm of the Ninigret Group, Ninigret Construction Company, L.C. (NCC), was developed out of the need to effectively manage the complex remediation and infrastructure of the 405-acre park expansion known as Ninigret Technology Park. NCC managed over 3 million yards of soil and imported material while constructing over 9,000 feet of roads and associated infrastructure for that development alone. Today, Ninigret Construction Company is a fully licensed site development and remedial contractor with an extensive array of equipment resources necessary to manage large excavation tasks, soil management and the construction and installation of the necessary project infrastructure.

NCC’s experience in successfully completing complex brownfield remediation/development in close coordination with the State’s environmental regulatory agencies, combined with its real estate development expertise and market presence, sets it apart from other environmental companies or real estate developers attempting to develop brownfield sites. Ningret’s history and experience has a profound effect on the way it has approached similar projects, ensuring that the site remediation and management efforts are strategically analyzed in advance to provide a direct benefit and support to the eventual site development needs.
