Gary O. McEntee

Principal

Mr. Gary O. McEntee is a principal and head of the The Ninigret Group’s development and construction arm. Mr. McEntee began his career in the environmental engineering and construction industry where he worked for 19 years managing multi-million dollar projects. As president of the firm, Mr. McEntee directed the evolution of the company from a regional engineering firm into a publicly traded entity with 40 offices across the United States. Mr. McEntee was also an owner and CEO of a regional recreation business, negotiating and securing real property assets within New York City and Boston, and allowing for the expansion and sale of that business. During his 20 year tenure as part of The Ninigret Group, Mr. McEntee directed the company’s 400 acre brownfield remediation and infrastructure development of Ninigret Technology Park, managed the company’s mezzanine financing venture, directs the company’s affiliated construction company, and serves as the point person to various city officials and Clients/Buyers for the company’s development projects.

Mr. McEntee graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelors in environmental science, obtained his masters from Stony Brook University and LIU and received a law degree from Pace University while serving on the Environmental Law journal.

Mr. McEntee currently serves as a key advisor on the development of Salt Lake City’s Northwest Quadrant having been selected by SITLA and Suburban Land Reserve to help lead negotiations with the UDEQ, Salt Lake City, Utah State Legislature and Governors Herbert’s office.
