    Ninigret Depot is strategically located 30 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport and City Center in Tooele, Utah,   with convenient truck access to I-15 and an extensive existing rail system throughout the development, Ninigret Depot provides exceptional transportation access for its tenants and land buyers.
