A 180,000 square foot industrial building leased to Coleman Worldwide Moving was recently sold to the Utah-based real estate firm, The Ninigret Group. Coleman Worldwide is a family-owned company that has been in the moving business for over 100 years. They have over 60 locations in 21 states, with more than 400 agents across the world.
Although the property was built in 1971, the building’s numerous dock-high and roll-up doors in addition to recent capital improvements make it an efficient and functional building for Coleman’s moving and storage purposes. Ninigret also felt that the Pensacola region will continue to offer a business-friendly environment, high quality of life, and a cost-efficient alternative to competing business locations.
James Ullrich and Michael Macchia of the Stan Johnson Company represented the Ninigret Group on the deal and worked diligently with both buyer and seller to close the transaction in the midst of the Covid-2019 pandemic.
