Director of Finance
Ms. Valerie Fields is the Director of Finance for The Ninigret Group and has been with the firm since 1995. During her tenure she has assumed many different responsibilities, including the management of day-to-day operations at Ninigret Park, oversight of compliance, office administration, and special projects, and on various developments, the coordination of architects and contractors with city agencies throughout the permitting and construction process. In her current role, Valerie is responsible for all of the accounting and bookkeeping functions of the company at both the property and portfolio level.
Prior to joining The Ninigret Group, Valerie helped run the financial accounting and administrative activities for DOTGO, a tech startup based in New York. Valerie began her career as a Legal Secretary where she coordinated and oversaw the daily administrative activities for the Senior Tax Partners of a NYC law firm. She is a graduate of Kingsborough Community College and has earned additional Paralegal and Bookkeeping & Accounting certificates.
