Asset Manager 
Mr. Dennis Light serves as the Asset Manager for The Ninigret Group’s western properties, overseeing all asset management functions in Utah, Arizona, and Colorado. Mr. Light began his extensive career working for his family’s pioneering health food manufacturing business in Los Angeles. After eight years at the firm, Mr. Light entered the entertainment industry, working on a variety of television shows throughout the United States and abroad as a production manager, which he continued to do after moving to the Salt Lake area. After thirty-four years in entertainment, Mr. Light began his career in property management in and around the Salt Lake City area and prides himself on his attention to detail, people skills and ability to creatively solve any landlord or tenant issue.
